Any question that is sent to Matt that does not relate to a police issue and that can be shared on here will be published as a quick reference.

Please call 999 in an emergecy, if you have a query that is not urgent but would like to speak to an officer on the telephone please contact the Merseyside Police Swichboard on 0151 709 6010

If your query relates to hate crime you may also contact your local SIGMA hate crime unit, who deal with crime relating to Diversity, Disability, Race, Religion and Belief, Sexual Orientation, and Transgender issues.

In addition if any sex worker is the victim of an assault or other crime that would appear to be motivated by the fact that they are a sex worker, such incidents are recorded as a Hate Crime.

You may contact your local SIGMA team by calling the main switcboard, who will transfer your call.

Should you wish to speak to an officer in person, Merseyside Police run hate crime drop-in surgeries, details of which are below:

Masquerade Club in Liverpool on the first Tuesday of every month.

Armistead in Liverpool on the third Tuesday of the month.

Flex in St Helens, every Wednesday evening.
